1. About Vibent
Vibent is a marketplace that connects people looking for photography services with verified professional photographers across Latin America. Vibent does not directly provide photography services.
2. User account
You must be of legal age in your country of residence to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and any activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use Vibent for illegal, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activities. Mass extraction, downloading, or reuse of content (including photographs) without express authorization is prohibited.
4. Intellectual property
Photographs published on Vibent are owned by their authors. The platform shows watermarked previews to unauthenticated users. Any commercial use requires direct agreement with the photographer.
5. Transactions and fees
Quotes and prices are agreed directly between client and photographer. Vibent may charge a fee on successful transactions, communicated in advance.
6. Limitation of liability
Vibent acts as a technological intermediary. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of services rendered by photographers, though we provide dispute resolution mechanisms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as needed. We will notify you by email of material changes at least 15 days in advance.
